"The Willows" is a novella by English author Algernon Blackwood, originally published as part of his 1907 collection The Listener and Other Stories. The work is renowned for being H.P. Lovecraft's favourite Blackwood tale. The tale consists of a party sailing in the Danube who are plagued by mysterious oddities and supernatural events.
