William Le Queux was a British writer and diplomat. Le Queux wrote books in a variety of genres including war fiction, mysteries, thrillers, and espionage. Much of Le Queux's work centered around World War I.The Invasion of 1910 is a novel that was published in 1906. The book is noted for warning that the British needed to prepare for war with Germany. This proved prophetic given World War I began less than ten years after the book was published.
